Located in Lincoln Harbor, Harbor Bar’s newly appointed Executive Chef Peter Ingrasselino, of well known Clemente restaurant in Lodi, New Jersey, brings 20 years of experience and has been featured in such publications as The New York Times, The Bergen Record, and the Herald News. He has also made numerous television appearances and garnered multiple culinary awards.

At the helm in Harbor Bar’s kitchen, Ingrasselino turns out a menu full of savory Mediterranean dishes with influences from Italy, Spain, France, and Morocco. Fresh grilled vegetables, meats and fish are carefully paired with the finest of herbs, cheeses, pastas, and oils. Items like grilled octopus, pan seared branzini, paella with clams and mussels, chorizo chicken and salmon farfalle, are added to an already solid menu of Harbor Bar favorites.
